Question, can I change attorneys if the one I have hired is not moving on my case? I had to collect my own medical records and send them to the attorney so they have done little to no leg work after a year. They are telling me the State Farm adjuster is not responding to emails or calls but I am not sure this is accurate because they told me the same thing in reference to collecting my medical bills yet I was able to do it in one day(this involved 4 different medical bills-hospital, surgeon, rehab center and medical orthopedic appliance rep) Feel like the attorney is to busy to handle my case.
